My sister recently passed away on the side of the street in queensland and I had no idea of who to ring. I had seen Bare advertised on TV so living in Tasmania I decided to call them. Little did I know that was the best decision I would make as they were fantastic and very compassionate. Right from the gecko they were informative and very caring and stayed in touch through the whole process. They were in touch constantly even a couple of weeks after the cremation to check in on how my other sister and i were coping, just to let us know that we entitled to 4 grief counseling sessions if needed. As far as I'm concerned we couldn't thank Bare and their associates that work for them more highly. A big thank you 11/10

My husband and I always said we did not want an expensive funeral and a cremation for both of us is what we decided on. When the time came and after a long illness for my husband with Azlheimers it was obvious I needed to make arrangements. We are both pensioners and when I inquired the cost of prepaid creations, only, for both of us, the cost was prohibitive. I was blessed and impressed by the presenters of BARE's TV commercials and when I rang the people I spoke with were very helpful. I have very little computer knowledge and they helped me fill out the necessary forms and explained absolutely everything that I needed to do and have in place. In April of this year my darling passed away in the Nursing Home and BARE organised absolutely everything, from the cremation, to informing Centrelink and also the Death Certificate. They were constantly in touch with me to see how I was and If I needed any counselling or help. When the time came they hand delivered my darling's ashes right to my home, and subsequently have still kept in touch to see how I was. I sincerely recommend BARE and have made the same arrangements for myself for when my time comes so that my son will also have the same sensitive help that I have received. Tamara

I used Bare when my brother passed away suddenly. All the staff I spoke with at Bare were lovely, they were professional, helpful and caring, nothing was too much trouble for them. I was kept informed every step of the way. The online dashboard was very easy to navigate and also contains useful information. Losing a family member is hard to come to terms with at anytime, but when it is sudden, unexpected and is a young husband and father and poppy the results are pure devastation. This is where I found myself 1.5 months ago and didn't have a clue where to start, I had seen ads for Bare funeral services and checked their website. That was for our situation a godsend, no matter how sad frantic confused or exhausted I was my arranger was available 24/7 to calm my fears and gently guide me to decisions that honoured our legend fittingly. At his service we laughed, cried, cheered and waved him on his way and we were able to personalize his service by including his indigenous culture with spiritual dancers and didgeridoo performers. They continue to check on us as a family and now that the dust has settled and we realize the enormity of passing without a will, I have chosen Bare finance services to help me navigate the legalities of it all. Our celebrant was an amazing human and Our arranger went above and beyond. I can't thank them enough.

We recently used Bare for a no-service cremation for an elderly relative who passed away in aged care, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was initially sceptical of using a "low cost" funeral company but was quickly reassured by the quality of the interactions I had. Claire, our arranger, and the rest of the team were incredibly caring, considerate, and compassionate in all of their dealings with me. The whole process was smooth, simple, and easy to keep track of, with clear communication throughout (both via online dashboards & regular over the phone updates). They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable and well supported. We’re very grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown to our family, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bare to others.

Jake, what a gentle, compassionate and professional man. He is an absolute asset to Bare. Jake was thorough, engaging and was incredibly comforting at such a hard time with the passing of our father. I randomly saw the Bare advertisement morning after morning before my father passed away. When that time came, Bare was the only place I contacted. My sister being very thorough did contact other establishments - but nothing compared to Bare. I would 1000% recommend Bare. Especially Jake. I hope he receives this feedback. Unfortunately, in the past 3 months, our extended family has had to organise 3 funerals and on each occasion, we have chosen to use Bare. The customer service, the costs and the actual funeral or memorial service were all excellent. Everything is done online and you also have a Bare representative assigned to you. In our case, Kelly was empathetic, kind, compassionate and organised. I'm hoping we don't have another need anytime soon, but next time we do, I will certainly make a call to Bare to oversee the arrangements. Bare cares. Thank you.

During a very unpleasant and sudden death of my Dad, Bare were there. Throughout the whole process, something I had never gone through, Bare were there every step of the way. From picking up my Dad, till the end of picking his ashes up. Everyone was sweet, loving and patient. No question was silly, no phone call went unanswered.

My brothers death was very sudden. We contacted Bare, they were very helpful and professional. After making the initial arrangements, we knew that they were always in the background, just waiting to be of help. They were never pushy. Bare let us know what was happening every step of the way. It made the whole process a good experience. We had my brother cremated and his ashes were presented in a lovely box, with a touching note. I would not hesitate to use Bare again in the future. And recommend them to anyone.

The experience I had when my family member passed was wonderful, the support from the beginning to the final communication with the team being a few months after the cremation. Kristal and the team made the process to organise a funeral for my mum so streamline. I have never organised one before and the team had made it very easy. The day of the funeral was a lovely send off to my mum and the team made it very special for us. They kept us comfortable and supported.

I approached Bare for a cremation for my son who was a long way from me to be able to organize the cremation personally. From the very first words spoken to Bare. They were very comforting for my loss and proceeded with my wishes at first instance. Every step was explained to me at what was happening during the process. I never had to ask Bare what’s next, it was told to me first by phone then put in my port folio to view as I wish. Every step was given that I had to complete that made it very easy and fast. My son was as cared for in the at most respect from taken from the coroner, bare funeral home then the crematorium. I had my sons ashes home with me plus some personal items he had with him in a very short time. I most certainly can not fault Bare one small inch. They were the best Snd um so very happy I chose them. Thank you Bare for all you have helped me through.

A simply amazing service, and team, and worth 6 stars if I could award them. At a very difficult time in my life, I was, at all times, treated with courtesy, kindness, empathy and respect, by everyone I interacted with. My Arranger, Bronwen, was amazing; kind and gentle, helpful and informative, and nothing was too much trouble, thanks Bronwen. Everything is handled online, and I was kept appraised of what was happeneing at all times. It was easy to provide the necessary information, to look after my dear departed mum. There was no hard sell or upsell, but were options gently offered, if I wished to use them, and the cost was, as advised. I also received some free legal advice from Bare Law, which helped me a great deal, and I really appreciated. I would be (and have been) very confident, happy and comfortable recommending Bare to anyone asking, or in need of this service; they will not let you down, and will support you very well, in my experience. My family have dealt with other funeral homes in the past and they do not even come close to the care that Bare have given my family during a very difficult time. The continuous care and compassion that they have given has been remarkable and I would recommend this firm to everyone. Thank you Bare.
