Helping little hearts with big feelings.

Grief can feel big and confusing for children, just as it does for adults. Every child’s experience is different - there’s no right or wrong way to feel. Here you'll find gentle guidance, activities, and stories to help children understand and express their feelings, and for parents and carers to support them through loss.

Navigating children’s grief.

When children experience grief, it doesn’t always show in the ways adults might expect. That can sometimes make grief harder to recognise and navigate. These downloadable resources provide information and practical advice on how to support children and young teens who are grieving.
