My Mum & Dad purchased a Bare cremation package in 2022. We lost Mum at the end of July 2025. From the first phone call made to Bare we recieved care and compassion and felt supported. Access to a Dashboard that tracked the process made tasks easier. The arranger we had made contact by phone and sent regular emails to keep us updated and check in on our general wellbeing. I highly recommend Bare Funerals & Cremation Services.

I had a really difficult task to organise a funeral and cremation for my mother in August 2025. The task is overwhelming when in the midst of grief. I engaged bare as they seemed like a modern and simple approach to a really difficult task. They were wonderful. They went through everything step by step with thoughtful support. They looked after my late mum with dignity and sensitivity. I recommend that anyone is needing to plan a cremation or funeral service, ensure you make contact with Bare. There is no company out there that can come close to being as phenomenal as Bare!! Dealing with loss is tough enough, having to plan the funeral is just as difficult, however, with Bare’s constant contact, support and compassion from everyone involved, it made the process much easier to cope with and gave my family the perfect send off for my grandfather. Bare also found a celebrant for us, Dee Weisner, who did an amazing job. Dee was so warm and understanding, it was like she was apart of the family. I recommend if you’re looking for a celebrant, ask for Dee. I do have special mention to some of the people who helped out for my Grandfathers service: Mae, you did incredible (see images for example of her work) the booklets and slideshow were a hit, everyone loved both, I can’t thank you enough. There was also Tarah who read my mind and suggested handing out Lei’s (it was nice to know my idea wasn’t entirely crazy), Natalie for handling the NSW paperwork and being a champ dealing with my tech issues. There were others whom I am unable to remember their names (my apologies), you all were so amazing, your kindness helped my family and I during this difficult time and without your help we wouldn’t have been able to give him the perfect send off. Thank you Bare, you have the right people working for your company in an industry that requires delicacy and kindness.

Funny thing about death, when someone you love passes, no one really tells you just how much work and preparation will need to go into planning their funeral. You sit there in your grief, dumbstruck, trying to come to grips with the fact that the person you love most in this world is now gone, its numbing. The sheer thought of picking venues, coffins, catering, flowers, invitations, video’s of remembrance, just seems all too hard to wrap your head around. I then found Bare Funeral Services; and it was like my mum was watching over me. When I felt like I just needed to crawl up in a ball and run away, the staff from Bare were insurmountable in not only supporting me through these sad times, but went above and beyond to work tirelessly in the background, to still ensure everything came together for the day of her funeral. I want to give a big shout out to Chelsea, this woman literally became my counsellor, her loving heart to just listen, her support to organise where I didn’t have the strength, and ability to get things locked down, was my saving grace. I could never have done it, and I will always be grateful to her for this. My mum’s funeral could not have been more perfect. Trust me, if you don’t know where to start, and you’re hurting, let Bare carry you through this process, and that’s exactly what these women will do. They're incredible, in every way.

We used Bare to prepay our cremations a couple of years ago which was a smooth process with very helpful and caring Bare staff. My husband sadly passed away not too long ago all I had to do was make a single phone call to Bare they completely managed all the arrangements from beginning to end. They kept in touch with me checking on my well-being and providing regular updates on what was happening. I recommend using Bare they are kind and caring and provide a wonderful service to families at a very sad time. I would rate them ten out of ten.

I cannot rate Bare Funerals enough, we had a prepaid contract and when the time came it was executed very professionally and kindly. Nearly everthing was done without us having to lift a finger, it made the painful process so much easier to bear.

I recently began a prepaid funeral plan with Bare. They were very easy to deal with, explained every detail clearly and gave me ample time to ask questions. I chose them because they recently dealt with a near relative’s death and I was most impressed with them.

I was so glad I choose Bare as the staff were very compassionate, caring and responded to our sometimes late requests to change the slideshow, the sequence and choice of music. We felt supported thrrough the stages and not pressure for information. As you know its a very emotional time one both my daughter and I hadn't personally experienced. When the final day came for the memorial the chapell was ideal and Libby and Browyn guided us through the hour with sensitivity and compasion. Thank you to everyone involved including Michelle, Azia, Libby, Bronwyn and staff behind the scene. I would highly recommend Bare to anyone who is in need of funeral services. A BIG thank you!

Highly recommend Bare Jess O'Neill and the team went above and beyond to make my brother’s memorial service truly special. Every detail was handled with care and compassion. Jess was such a blessing – her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness brought so much comfort to our family during such a difficult time. Nothing was ever to much. Bare was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, their online resources guided us, and the portal functionality simplified the whole process and relieved us of so much pressure allowing us to focus on our loss and grieving. Bare staff were efficient with great personal contact from prior to Mum’s passing to collecting her ashes through to supporting Dad with the complimentary financial consult, to assisting in organising her memorial. Amazing and am so thankful to have had Bare onboard - made all the difference during a difficult time.

At the worst time of my life, when my wife of 52 years suddenly passed away, BARE helped me through this terrible grief with so much compassion, care and professionalism, allocating an individual staff member Kelly, as my personal arranger and single point of contact throughout the funeral process. I can't thank BARE enough for the kindness shown to me. There were endless options of service level available for me to choose from, each explained through Kelly or the online dashboard, without the slightest bit of pressure to go bigger or better. I was shown so much patience by Kelly, when I had moments of hesitation or indecision with choices I made, nothing seemed a problem. I also think BARE provided the funeral service I wanted, at exceptional value, based on comments from friends with experience of funeral costs. I highly recommend Bare and thank them for being there for me.

Just wonderful service, very compassionate and easy to get along with, couldn't fault the way everything was done and nothing was too much trouble. Approaching an on line funeral service is the simplest way to prepare and have a beautiful service on your terms. Bare Funeral was exemplary in laying down the processes and having a person nominated to look after you each step of the way. Bare Funeral online check list ( dashboard) is so helpful completing necessary task. They also offer free legal advice, if required, which i accepted and found so helpful. As for the day of remembrance, it ran so smooth everything one commended positively on such a moving experience.

Bare has made our journey with grief a lot easier, taking the arrangement of cremation etc. away. Not only did they do this for my mum but my dad too. Just what we needed assistance filled with compassion but yet still being professional with excellent service. Thank you Bare for everything.
