Raising a large family taught me the art of love, patience, and communication. Those skills eventually led me into a career in the Financial Crimes sector of banking, where I worked for more than 10 years. But my naturally empathetic nature and desire to care for people on a deeper level led me to look for something more meaningful, and that’s when I found Bare. I can honestly say my cup has been overflowing ever since.

I’m naturally a nurturer, so being part of a company that is genuinely focused on supporting families through grief feels like a real honour every day. There’s truly nothing more humbling than helping families through one of the most vulnerable experiences of their lives. Bare really does live by the motto “Hard, made easier” by supporting people to say goodbye in a way that feels right for them.

I’m also an eternal groupie! My husband is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist with his own band, so live music is a huge part of our lives. We love concerts, hosting band weekends on our property, and supporting up-and-coming Aussie artists.
