I didn’t come to Bare through grief. I came through curiosity, specifically the kind you get when you spot a company doing something genuinely different in an industry that hadn’t changed in decades. A tech-forward team actually rethinking how families experience one of the hardest things they’ll ever go through was what drew me to Bare.

As Customer Lifecycle Manager, I spend a lot of time thinking about how people experience Bare from the very first touchpoint through to the moments after everything has settled. My focus is making sure even the digital parts, the emails, follow-ups, and little check-ins, still feel human.

Outside of Bare, I’m usually pointing a camera at something. Photography and video are my thing, and I’m pretty much a sucker for anything with a lens. You’ll also find me hunting down good pizza or anything pistachio-flavoured, which I maintain is a completely reasonable life priority.
